hi everyone my name is rob and I am new to this and hoping to make a lot of new friends along the way while loosing my weight goal. if anyone has any good tips or advice I'm all ears.

    Just read up on other peoples ideas and experiences and make up your own mind based on what you think your problems are :)
    I went from never exercising to doing it 3 hours, five times a week and that helped because it was completely different than my bad norm, just change what you realize as bad habits :)

    Definitely agree, you have to see what your particular issues are, and your strengths and take advice from others, and MFP is a great place to do that! Any questions you have just post them, you'll get loads of ideas for solutions to problems as you go along, I have. Feel free to add as a friend :-)

    hello and welcome aboard, my diary is open to all you are welcome to have a look for some ideas,
    the way i do my diet is quite strict for 6 days and on a sunday i relax a little,
    i hit cardio 5 times a week and weights 4 times a week, work on your centre core twice a week
