NSV-from work mate

I had another NSV this morning. My colleague and friend Steve( who I used to sit near but has moved to a different part of the office so I don’t see him that often) came up to me this morning and asked if I have lost weight recently as my face is looking slimmer and I'm looking really good. I tell you what I could have hugged him.
This has come on a perfect day-I have a wedding to go today which means a three course meal, wedding cake and a hog roast for dinner. Having a little boost like this has made me decide to be as sensible as I can be today and not go over the top with indulgence today.
