Last year at this time I weighed 275 pounds. I just went below 200 pounds for the first time in, um, years and years and years. Decades in fact. I started using MFP and began seriously focusing on eating higher quality fuel and doing higher quality exercise in March. Thanks MFP!!!!

I started MFP at 261. Now, 33 pounds later, I'm just drooling to break that 200 barrier. Hope to join you soon!

Starlight must be saying Meow Wow! I admire a guy who lists his cat as one of his reasons to improve fitness.
Seriously, congratulations. Crossing over into the hundreds is a special milestone and deserves special recognition.
How are you going to celebrate?

    Great Job

I am 4 or 5 lbs away from breaking 200. I look foward to the day.

Its is a life style change not a diet.

I am going to celebrate with a 40 mile bike ride.

    Cheers
    Jim

Heya! Life without a good friend like Starlight is no life at all. And to celebrate, I am planning to do that 40 mile bike ride that Jim mentioned!
