So my non scale victory? I went in the bathroom to get on the scale and hubby was brushing his teeth. He peeked over my shoulder and said "Good Lord! How much weight have you lost?" Pretty nice to see he noticed since I try not to talk about it much with him. Of course he notices and compliments me, but he never asks how much I've lost or when do I weigh in, all he notices is my eating habits have changed and my figure has too. It felt good that he peeked for once. (Let's be honest, I never would've dreamed of stepping on the scale before if there was even a remote chance he could see it. ****, even I didn't want to see it myself!) Later that evening he picked me up (relatively) effortlessly. I guess once he saw my weight on the scale he realized he could do that again.
