    I'm down to 174 this week from 175 last week. I haven't been that good at daily challenges but I have done at least 20 mins on my elliptical every day, so for me that's brilliant!!!! I've exercised everyday this week and I usually only exercise three times a week. I've also not touched a drop of alcohol for a week and kept to my calories. I'm expecting BIG results next week!!

    I lost another pound and can't wait for my 30 day measurements for p90X because I know I've lost inches.
