Hey guys,

How many calories would you say is in this breakfast?

4 rashers bacon (all fat cut off and oven cooked)
1 hash brown (deep fried)
roughly 100g tinned tomatoes
and one slice of medium sized white bread

Maybe another hash brown depending on what you guys think :/ lol thanks

You should be able to tally that up yourself in the food diary.

But I'd say a lot! And probably WAY over on fat and sodium.

But, my goodness, I do love a good fry up!

Rashers are bacon! It's just a different cut/preparation than American bacon. More like a salty ham. It's SO yummm.
  • All of that but the bacon should have nutrition labels, no guessing needed.

I'd estimate about 520 calories, not including the 2nd hasbrown.
