Hey guys,
How many calories would you say is in this breakfast?
4 rashers bacon (all fat cut off and oven cooked)
1 hash brown (deep fried)
roughly 100g tinned tomatoes
and one slice of medium sized white bread
Maybe another hash brown depending on what you guys think
lol thanks

You should be able to tally that up yourself in the food diary.0

Too many.
And by the way....wtf is a "rasher"??0 -
But I'd say a lot! And probably WAY over on fat and sodium.
But, my goodness, I do love a good fry up!0 -
Rashers are bacon! It's just a different cut/preparation than American bacon. More like a salty ham. It's SO yummm.0

All of that but the bacon should have nutrition labels, no guessing needed.0

I'd estimate about 520 calories, not including the 2nd hasbrown.0
