Keeping at Calorie Goals and Not Losing Weight!

Hey All,

In general I have been keeping at my calorie goals only going over on protein about 20-30 grams at the recommendation of my trainer. I increase calorie intake on workout days to keep metabolism up but have actually gained two lbs in the two weeks I have been on myfitnesspal!

HELP!
