Hello, I'm new here. I really love this site so far! I've actually lost 16 lbs. in the past 4 months but I've hit some kind of plateau in the past week. I'm playig around with more excercise and changing the type of food I eat. Anyway, I look forward to getting to know everyone and eventually reaching my goal!

Welcome and good luck. I love the site. I will never stop logging my foods. It makes a big difference when you see it right in front of you. Just think where you will be in a year. I joined a year ago and have lost all the weight I wanted. Here to maintain.0
