Today's another day? So I got on the scale (after hiding it the last week) and how could 3 days of bad dinners equal 4 pounds? That would mean I ate 14,000 more than I should have- which is impossible. I am guessing (more like hoping...) that it is mostly water weight from my salty take out foods the last 3 days. ERG! Stress makes me make bad choices! Whats worse is I went to eat a salad last night and the salad was bad and I had to throw it away. So on the way to the trash can, I grabbed my keys and went to Wendys. So frustrated....

Firstly, you are right, you haven't gained 4 "real" pounds... so don't stress, just some extra water and they'll go away again. Take a look at what had you throw in the towel and go to Wendy's. Then remember that it isn't three days or one meal that's going to derail you. This is about consistency over time.. not perfection. So, set a plan for the weekend and get back on track, get some exercise in and be kind to yourself. You can't undo it you can only move forward... you can do this!0

Yep I bet it is water too. Lay off the sodium and increase the water and potassium and you should be good.
WE all have rough times w/ our diets and fall off a little bit. Get back on and you will be fine0 -
it was a bad week, it happens. the important part is that you don't let it derail all the hard work you've put in. so today you're back on track. water, good calories and sweat. those fake 4 lbs will be off in no time. stumbling isn't what's important. getting back up is.0
