It's now the morning of 8th September, so I'm assuming that we are now on day 1 of week 2? Not looking forward to doing 100 crunches today, think I will probably be doing them in 2 sets of 50 with a 5 minute rest in between! :ohwell:
Hoping to keep up my increased 'water intake' today! Yesterday I managed 5 glasses :drinker: As you know, that is a HUGE acheivement for me - it's the one thing I tend to really struggle with! Will be aiming for 6 today - wish me luck!!!

Ahhhrjiosjg i blew it on calories today. I should just no longer keep peanut butter in my apartment. it's addicting. fixing this streak tomorrow and hoping i dont have a crazy gain0

ok, i am going with the week one day 2 idea. that is a little confusing to me too. I did not get to exercise yesterday at all had a dentist appt which took for ever then had two baseball games last night i didnt log the going back and forth between the two fields but i ended up going over on cals by 122 not too bad considering lunch ended up being burger king. but today is a new day going running at lunch and I cant wait.0
