Definately can tell the difference!! You look great! If you are having trouble seeing it in the mirror try having someone do measurements for you. I did this when I started to lose and couldn't really tell where it was coming off on. Those numbers don't lie!! Congrats on you hard work paying off.
  • That is a very noticeable difference, miss!

I really don't think you need to lose 23-28 more pounds like you're saying! I would even be skeptical about saying you need to lose 10 more. You don't want to look too thin. Anyway, I for sure notice a difference! You look amazing! So... can I have your before stomach if you're done with it now? LOL I would be doing cartwheels and somersaults down the street if my stomach ever looks like yours! Way to go!

so true about looking 'too thin' i'd rather look strong then sickly... maybe i'll focus more on building muscle then the number on the scale.

you look great! we're the same height, but I'm only looking to get down to 122. I'm well-endowed up top and I'd like it to stay that way  feel free to add me if you'd like!

Uhm yes!! You look great!!! It's amazing how much of a difference 10 pounds can be on people of short stature. I love/hate it.

    Yes, definitely a difference :)

We all tend to see in ourselves what still needs improvement (whether it does or not) and miss what has already happened for the good.

    Good choice!
  • Absolutely, no question about it!

thank you!!! I usually work out 3-4 times a week. Each workout I do 45-60min of cardio & 15-20 min of weights depending on the day. I work out in the AM so if I over sleep I don't get to do as much strength. I stay at 1200 for days that I don't workout and 1200-1400 + workout calories on days that I do workout. I also pick one weekend day where I let myself ‘cheat’ one meal. I should probably stop doing it but I’ve found if I don’t give myself that one break in a week, the entire week is a bad week. haha

You have to be kidding, there is a surprising amount of change in your stomach. Nice work. Your face looks a little inflated though.
