Slow loss but success

I don't really have much to lose I would like to get to 125 lbs. I'm 5'4" and when I look up my hight "ideal" weight it says around 115 lbs. I've been that low before and it looks like I have no muscle when I am that weight. In the past month I have only lost 1 pound, which to be honest makes me upset at times, but I tell myself the main goal is strength and endurance not really the number on my scale :wink:

So here it is.... one month I've lost one pound, lost an entire inch around my waist, gained half inch on my thighs (not crazy about that lol I already have big ones but it's pretty much muscle) and gained half inch on my chest- everything else is the same. 7 more pounds to lose with some more muscle gain... Can't wait to see what happens with in the coming month.
