Hello, I've finally found time to take some after pics. The before pics are a little older because I couldn't find a full body shot of myself.
9lbs lighter, and 10x more in shape! The major difference I noticed was in my back, I'm starting to actually see definition in the shoulders. I've never had any kind of definition before except maybe my legs.
