Already hit a Plateau...what to do??

So I've lost just over 20 lbs...of my total goal of 80. And I've hit the dreaded plateau. I've slowly increased my exercise over the last two months of being here with MFP (started out here with a drastic injury) I've been walking 3-4 miles a day doing 200-400 crunches a day, 200-300 leg lifts, 100 push ups. 100 chair presses 5 days a week. These are the only exercises I can really do (push ups and chair presses were adapted by my orthopedic surgeon so I could actually do them and not hurt myself) I have not gone over 1220 cals for now 3 weeks solid. So whats the deal?
Should I bump my cals up for a few days to 1700 and then drop back down trying to confused my body? Do I just try to push through at the same exercise level and calorie intake?
I've got a big trip in 4 weeks back home and really want this weight loss to be noticeable...also know that that trip home will be VERY tempting and I don't want to lose my motivation and fall to temptation. I know I can do this I just need to not let this plateau get to me...I'm sure theres no FIX to a plateau...or else none of us would have them haha but any suggestions? I feel like keeping my body guessing might be the best bet...but never over eating or eating poorly.

I would personnally be sure, no matter the net calories you are aiming for, that you eat at least your BMR.
Then yes i would probably raise the net calories to 1500 or 1700 and see what happens!
Mesure yourself if you can .. Don't forget, muscle weight more than fat With all those exercises, you might be building muscles and that would be an even better reason to increase your calories .. try it !
good luck !0 -
SOunds like a lot of working out - are you only eating 1220? You need to be NETTING around that (depending on your goals from MFP) x0

Im netting 1220...sorry should have specified that haha. I've been measuring myself and theres little change in the last two weeks. like no change. I've gained 2 lbs this week alone (which im sure is just water weight or something and it wont stick.) Just overly frustrated. BUT NOT QUITTING! just want to know im doing the right thing0
