Not long since come back from the gym, darn its not getting any easier, please assure me that it gets a little easier after a few weeks of going, oh and that coupled with eating healthier geees finding it a little hard right now especially when my stomach is telling me that it needs chocolate, and all that food that isnt good for you, tho i am resisting right now :sad:
