What should i eat when im hangover without falling off the wagon. I don't have much problem with my diet while im drunk, the next day is when i feel i want to eat everything, that's not gonna happen today, i wont let that happen :)

p.d. The margaritas were awesome last night, totally worth it

Aww, this is kind of my problem. I end up eating toast w/ butter if I am truly, really nasty hungover and feeling like death the next morning. I also do G2, the lower cal gatorade. Another greasy hangover cure would be egg white omelette cooked with cooking spray or I Can't Believe Its Not Butter.

After around midday, I feel better, so I can work on exercising off the larger than normal breakfast or compensating calories then.

I usually graze / overeat while drinking, not so much the next day.

    Anyway, good luck!

I like a Kashi frozen waffle with peanut or almond butter and a big glass of ice water. Carbs are a necessity for me in that situation.

TONS OF WATER, then G2, toast with butter and a fried egg. That way you get bread to soak up the booze, butter for some fat, and egg for protien. Also doesn't suck to uhmm... expel ... if you are that bad off.

My non-healthy hangover cure is smothered breakfast burrito. Hot as hot can be. That does actually really suck to come back up.

Also, I've found that if I have a huge glass of water and a swig of G2 before bed, it seems to help in the morning.
