I'm looking for some new tracks to work out to. I love all types of music. I won't judge yours if you don't judge mine. Here are a few of my favorites:
Lose Yourself, Eminem*
Beautiful Day, U2
I Don't Want to be in Love, Good Charlotte
Long Road to Ruin, Foo Fighters
Le Disko, Shiny Toy Guns*
Paralyzer, Finger Eleven
Numb, Linkin Park
* clean version-I have two kids!
Would love to hear some suggestions!

I like techno, like if you look up rave techno on youtube or somewhere the beats are fast and upbeat.
I like disturbed and godsmack too, though that's not the best for kids sometimes!
frankly anything with a good fast beat works for me XD

I have always believed that Eye of the Tiger was the greatest work out song, but I never listen to it. Haha!

Balkan Beat Box - Nu Made, it's a remix album that ROCKS! Fast funky beats keep me going
John Butler Trio - all albums... they are a 'hippy' type sound that gets me going
Demon Hunter - a Christian metal band that is awesome
superchick - good for when I want chick rock instead of the guys :)
