NYC Summer Streets

For those in the New York Metropolitan area: This Saturday is the last for Summer Streets, a great biking, walking, and skating event held every year in which the city shuts down Park Avenue between 72nd Street all the way to the Brooklyn Bridge. If you haven't had the chance, I suggest you take the opportunity to do so.

There are a wide variety of activities along the way from shooting baskets sponsored by the Nets and the Knicks, to building sandcastles to a workout class with instructors from Crunch. It's just a great way to have fun and exercise all in one! Hope you take some time out of your normal Saturday routine and join me at this annual celebration of mobility, fitness and exercise.

And you get some unbelievable views to the city like you've never seen it before!
