I have a stupid question & maybe this is why I am in the shape that I am in
After breakfast, snack, and lunch I have 660 calories to go usually, which leaves me with snack and dinner. Is it better to eat more calories how I am now or try and balance them as much as possible? I get a total limit of 1660 a day ..... any answers would be greatly appreciated
Thanks in advance all

it depends! i like to eat less in the mornings and afternoons and more at dinner because i usually get hungry before bed if i don't do so. whatever works for your hunger level should be fine!0

I try to keep my breakfast and lunch each to about 350-450 calories. That way it leaves room for snacks (I usually have a snack that is about 100 calories). You definitely want to eat a good breakfast, but remember you will get to a have a snack a few hours later. Also, if my dinner is protein packed, I can sometimes do without an evening snack.0

I usually try to do lower calorie breakfast and lunches. Usually for breakfast I do yogurt with 1-2 eggs, or 110 Calorie Thomas (Everything) Bagel Thin w/1/3 less fat veggie cream cheese. Usually runs me about 200 calories. Lunch I then usually do a Weight Watches Smart Ones frozen meal, or a grilled cheese (I have a recipe for a 200 calorie one and it is DELICIOUS). Then I can enjoy a few more snacks to keep me satisfied and a larger dinner. My overall calorie goal each day is 1300, so if you have a higher goal than I do it should not be hard to follow. You just have to get creative and use some of the recipes people post here and also try hungrygirl.com.
Oh, and no question is stupid0 -
Someone here on the boards a few months ago said this and it made sense to me. Take it for what it is worth...
Eat like a king at breakfast....a prince at lunch and a pauper at dinner.
I have tried to eat my biggest meals during the early part of the day. Sometimes that isn't possible but I try to follow it.
Not sure if this is helpful.
good luck!0
