I have waited a long time to hear that I am healthy and it happened yesterday. Healthy BMI that is. I had the assessment done at the gym that i go to. The trainer went over what I was doing and gave me my stats. I am 29.58% body fat. In the "acceptable" range. I am by far, not stopping now. I have been considering bumping up my calorie intake since I am not losing as much as i think I should be and with yesterday's news, I am going to do it. I now have more muscle to feed :D I am extremely pleased with the results, new goal has been set to lose 15 pounds of fat, then the goal will be reevaluated at that point.

I thought that this would never happen. I have given up, fell off the wagon, whatever you want to call it. But to look back now and see the person I am, how happy I am compared to what I was, there aren't words to describe it. Im not finished yet. But I can see the finish line. Then, on to the next race!

    Below 18.5 Underweight
    18.5 - 24.9 Normal

I am definitely not to wear I need to be. Optimal for a woman is around 25% But I am so close to it. Im not in the obese range, Just overweight. That may not seem like a big accomplishment, but it is for me.

Isn't it great. When I started here I was 30% and now I am 27% we are almost there. I want to be below 25% that way muscle will show, but not to low.
