is there any exercises that i can do to make my thighs smaller. when i am sitting i tend to constantly move my legs since i was a kid even. now you would think that this would be good but the truth is it has given me a leg muscles like a guy
but not rele got rid of any of the flab. so i was wondering if anyone knows any exercises that can help get rid of the flab without putting more muscle on. thanks

I've been doing the 30 Day shred and also No More Trouble Zones dvd's by Jillian Micheals. My husband says where he sees the biggest change is in my thighs. Everything else is getting tightened up and less flubby, but definitly my thighs have benefitted the most. I wear short skirts again!!0

Unfortunately, you cannot choose where you reduce body dimensions on, but lose overall as you become more fit. Without knowing what you're doing at the moment however, it's difficult to suggest alternatives that may limit or reduce the amount of hypertrophy (growth) you're finding in your legs.

I am saying I don't know what you're currently doing so it's impossible to comment on what you could/should be doing differently to minimize growth.0
