Exercises for toning chest muscles?!?!

Seriously working on reducing my chest size...doing chest crunches and push ups. Does anyone know any other exercises that help tone chest muscles and shrink bust size also? Thanks.
SN: Does anyone know if having large (heavy) boobs can alter how much a woman really weighs? Just curious.

You cannot spot reduce so no amount of chest presses or pushups will have any effect on your breast size.0

Bench presses and flys will exercise pectoral muscles. As far as reducing breast size, often a drop in body fat will also make the boobs shrink, from what I hear, but not always. It's genetic.
Edit: ok I've officially weirded myself out, giving an earnest answer in a boob thread.0 -
Dips might help, but push ups are probably one of the best exercises you can do.
Yes, boob size will have an affect on your weight. Bigger boobs weigh more.
Boobs.
Edit: I have to second what Egger said. You can't spot reduce.

Next thing you know you'll be talking about TOM.0 -
I think all the exercise that are mentioned are good for pecs...as for boobs. I knew a young girl 23 yo that was seriously overweight and she went on a fruit and nut diet lost tons of weight, her boobs just went flat and droopy, she was happy with the weight loss but devestated about her boobs.
I really don`t know if there is anything you can do to keep them uplifted but to go smaller. They are just one of the `flops` of losing weight I think.
But if you have success maybe you can tell us how you did it?0 -

This is true, but fat loss very well may. I can't recall the amount of fat that comprises breast tissue, but it's a good amount. Also, pushups will help lift the muscles supporting the breasts, which will improve their shape and counteract sagging. I highly recommend them for improving the appearance of your bustline, even if as this person said, it won't necessarily reduce the size. Most women experience a reduction in breast size when they reduce their overall body fat. Those that don't may have to resort to more invasive measures. Good luck!0 -
I could be wrong but if you are specifically working your chest/pecs you are not going to reduce anything. You are going to build those muscles up and increase the width of your chest and the look too. Are you aiming for smaller boobs? or a smaller measurement around your chest? Fat loss is the only thing that is going to get you there.
I have A boobs from all my weight loss(never had big ones to begin with) and I do lots of bench press, push ups, lying rows, etc to build the back and chest muscles to ooomph those babies up, along with some fabulous bras, lol.0 -
oh! just looked at your photos. You are TINY in your waist and hips and those are some impressive girls, jealous, jealous, jealous. But I think as smalll as the rest of you is, surgery is going to be your only option to get the girls any smaller. What a problem to have0
