Exercises for chest muscles?

Seriously working on reducing my chest size...doing chest crunches and push ups. Does anyone know any other exercises that help tone chest muscles and shrink bust size also? Thanks.
SN: Does anyone know if having large (heavy) boobs can alter how much a woman really weighs? Just curious.

You cannot spot reduce. To reduce size you need to eat at a moderate calorie deficit, and do exercise that burns calories.0

I agree with "rileysowner". As to your other question, yes the size a womens chest does make a difference in her weight and possible goals.0

Depends. If they're natural than it's free weight and doesn't add to total body weight.
If they are enhanced you have to add .65 grams of body weight for each dollar you spent on them.0 -

Dropping bodyfat comes primarily from diet, so focus on your diet. My understanding of boobs is that they're primarily fat, so if you drop bodyfat you might lose a little size but it sounds like all women are different in that aspect. I've heard from some friends at work that the first area they lose from is their chest and others say no matter what they don't lose from their chest.
For strengthening your chest:
- Bench Press
- Dips
- Pushups
- Cable Crossovers (isolation exercise)
- Butterfly's (isolation exercise)
edit: I'm not saying you should do all of those exercises, just giving examples.0 -
I lost my boobs as I lost my fat. I went from a D to barely filling an A. I miss my D's.0

Thanks Alla. I'll keep encouraged. I would love to go down to a D cup from my G cup.0

Push ups or adapted push ups will help to strengthen and tone your entire upper body. I'd start there!0

It will come as you lose weight0
