Healthy Pad Thai

PAD THAI:
* 1/2 box thai stir fry rice noodles
* 1 package stir fry vegetables (mine had sugar snap peas, carrots, lima beans, bean sprouts, water chestnuts, and mushrooms.)
* 1/4 tsp garlic powder
* 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
* S+P

SAUCE:
* 3 Tbsp peanut oil
* 1 Tbsp sesame oil
* 4 1/2 tsp lemon juice
* 4 1/2 tsp maple syrup
* 1 Tbsp light soy sauce
* 1 1/2 Tbsp rice vinegar
* 3/4 tsp sriracha (optional)
* 1 1/2 tsp tarmanid paste
* 1/4 cup peanuts, finely chopped

DIRECTIONS:

Boil/Drain your noodles.

In a large skillet over medium heat, heat frozen vegetables and dry ingredients.

In a medium bowl, whisk together sauce ingredients until well combined.

Combine everything together and eat yo grub ;)
