Hi all, I'm Raven from East coast US.
I'm in my 40's and looking to make some major changes in my type 2 diabetic life before it makes to many more changes in me! Like most people on here I've been struggling with my weight and can always use as much support as possible, ESPECIALLY when it comes to that "four letter word" Exercise.
Looking forward to chatting and making friends.

    Been on here for about three weeks, and trying to exercise for about that long too. I can't say I love to exercise yet, but I'm starting to not hate it. I would be happy to offer support or encouragement from across the country! You can friend me if you like.
