Losing weight! (all about the boobies)

I'm 19 years old 5'2 and size 38 DD. I have lost a total of 30 pounds my highest being 175 and my current weight is 146. But because of the amount of weight I have lost my boobs are beginning to look saggy! I still wear the same bra so they haven't changed to much but I can definitely tell that they don't fill out my bra as much as before and when I’m not wearing a bra you can tell that the skin isn't as tight from being stretched out from the size they were before. I'm only 19 I CAN NOT HAVE SAGGY BOOBS!! So my question is this: is there anything I can do about that (besides surgery) or is it just unfortunately the way of life and all a part of losing weight and I’ll just have to deal with it. Is there any exercises I can do that will help out a little bit? Thank you for your time.

The only hing you can do is increase the size of your pectoral muscles, but I am not sure how much that helps women bigger than a b cup.

Get yourself a good bra. It's been said that if you wear a good bra, and keep them in all the time (other than showering, or sex) it'll help. It's not a cure all, but it helps. Mine are almost never out of their bra, and I've had a C cup since I was 14 years old (D now). They have their flaws, but remember spend good money on your bras.

Doing push ups will help a lot with firming up the boobs. Also, if you hold out your arms and hold some weights and move them away and then together again, that will help too.

    i went from a 36 E to a 32 D while losing 30ish pounds

mine were saggy at first but lately they have gotten much firmer (no im not preggers). I have been lifting but dont think this is it really...i think your body adjusts over time.

Definitely get a good bra though!

EDIT: boobs are fat so doing exercises will only tone the MUSCLE beneath them...so dont really worry about doing chest-specific exercises, it wont help.

they are sagging cause they are less full.
boobs are fat and are one of the first things you loose when you workout and get healthy.

    I used to be a 38H =(

My boobs and my butt were the first to go when I lost a bunch of weight. My boobs are just skin now, but I breast fed 3 babies.

You definitely need to be re-fit. Be sure to get professionally fitted. It makes all the difference in the world to be wearing the right bra size. (Also, I recommend going to a specialty bra store (like http://petticoatfair.com/) over Victoria's Secret. They usually carry prettier bras in larger size selections.)

Agreed!!! Fitting is key. Also, tonning the pecs will help and moisturize. You're still young so your skin should still be elastic enough to firm up in time.

I started out being a 42 H....now I am a shriveled up 36 DD......I hold them in my hands and think of the good times we had together, as they spread out over my hands and down around like a ball of pizza dough.

I now have to roll them up before putting in my bra, they remind me of those blow out party favors. I have to adjust my nipples so thy are even. Lord forbid, I have one pointing south and the other north!

My Dr said they have served thier purpose. It is what it is, and to move on.

So sadly the only way to have ta ta's again is surgical augmentation!!!

A woman I worked with had a mastectomy and when they gave her her new boobs they made them smaller but used the extra skin for a perma-bra...very cool!

Anyone who loses a cup size is considered lucky. My boobs are huge (38DDD) and want to go down to a D. I know no matter what it's gonna sag and have loose skin (already having loose skin) but my clothes will fit better if they weren't so large.

Plus a boob lift or redux is very expensive.

Anyway, if you noticed your cup is not filling the bra, I would recommend to get measured at the store and buy a new one. :)
