30 DS.. ankle issues.. help

Today was Day one of the 30DS for me. I really liked the video but a few hours after finishing I've got some pain in my ankle, on the inside, towards the heel. The pain is also in the bottom of my heel. Any one else go through something like this? I didn't feel any pain during the workout. I'd appreciate any suggestions. Thanks!

    1) get it checked out by a medical professional to verify that there's no injury.

    2) What kind of surface do you work out on? I started on a really hard floor, but that was tough on my ankles and knees so put down a piece of carpet. It made a BIG difference.

    3) When you get to Level 2, I'd suggest continuing w/ the knee circles so your ankles get some motion too, before going on to the workout. (She omits the knee circles in Level 2 for some reason.) I didn't do them the first day I did Level 2 and was sore. I've done them every subsequent day of Level 2 and it's made a difference.
