Frankies and bennys

Im going to frankies and bennys tomorrow with my friends and I'm very aware that its extremely hard to come aware from frankies and bennys with out feeling like a complete pig (well it is for me anyway). I know they have the light options now but my friends aren't no keen on me being on a diet so I can just imagine their reaction if I ordered one of them. So I was wondering what the next lowest calorie/healthiest thing menu would be? I absoutly detest salad although ice h 8've it can be still be high in calories because of the dressing. I was thinking maybe the oven backe salmon could be a good choice? But if anyone has a better suggestion I'd be very grateful to hear them :D
