    My dad says that you always have to start/resume your plan on Monday. So if you fall off the wagon you should just jog/limp alongside until Monday then jump back on. LOL

    My worst excuse was that I have a FABULOUS wardrobe in size 16 and didn't want to have to give it up. Turns out they also make fabulous clothes in size 12 and 10 (and maybe 8...I'll find out soon enough). And I look even more fabulous in those smaller size clothes!! :bigsmile:

    For me:
    -After I bought new clothes to accomodate my fat butt at one point, I was like "well, I just bought new clothes, I'll wait a few months to start losing weight."
    -"Well, I don't think I'll work out today because I've already had a shower." Good, self, cause you are limited to one shower a day no exceptions...
    wait, I have used both of these. Are these not decent excuses? oh man....
