low fat oatmeal protein pancakes.

A protein filled breakfast keeps you full throughout the day and also aids in weightloss :)

You will need:

1/2 cup egg whites
1/2 cup oats
1 scoop protein powder (i use vanilla whey protein)
1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese
1/8 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup frozen, warmed berries with their juices as a topping or sugar free syrup


Directions:
1. Blend the first 5 ingredients until smooth.
2. Pour batter onto heated griddle or non-stick pan.
3. Flip your pancake when it starts to bubble.
4. Top with frozen organic berries. warmed and sliced and poured over the top with their juices.
Ex: frozen blueberries, raspberries, blackberries or strawberries. You can also use Splenda or Stevia to taste.
