hi everyone, I am new here. I heard about this site through my new gym Orange Theory Fitness. My goals are mainly to improve my diet. I feel Orange theory has me on the right track with fitness but, my daily stress and work cause me to steer away from healthy living and eating. Long term I would like to find support in managing stress eating and drinking. I am open to all suggestions and hope to make some new friends :-)
