Ok I have opened my diary to you all beacuse I need advice!! What can I do with my eating to help me not be constipated, sorry if it's too much info but I need help!!! I know about benefiber and miralax and all but the doctor can't seem to tell me what to eat that will help or keep me balanced. Anything will help! I don't want to take supplements for this anymore!
Oh I usually get at least 6 glasses of water in per day..

Eat oatmeal, I buy the instant low sugar quaker oatmeal
i eat two packs in the morning, with low fat milk or skim milk,
you can also add fruit to it, my son always added raisens,
it usually helps me keep regular, and its great for a quick snack
also, and it tastes great ... : )

right off the bat I would say double the water intake for sure...
second, eat raw as much as possible.

A friend of mine had that same issue, so she started eating 1-2 Tbsp of ground flax seed everyday...in oatmeal, smoothie, yogurt, etc. and has been regular since!0

Increase your fiber... fiber supplement might help... and drink more water. Good Luck:-)0 -

Basically just eat more insoluble fibre. (i.e. what bran, linseeds, fruits (including skin), etc)0
