    I like Grinspoon, great variation, try the album 'Best In Show', there's the odd slow one on the album but there's some great crunchy guitar and mad lyrics in some of the songs, I recommend Lost Control, 100 miles, DC x 3, Chemical heart (only cause its a great song), Bleed You Dry, Champion, More Than You Are, Black Friday, Secrets. If you go back to the old school punk UK Subs, Sex Pistols are awesome.

    So as I try and find more songs for the lifting session...I just came across a band called Gojira. I usually don't get into to much screaming but I can tolerate it a bit with these guys due to amazing drums and dominance of beats!
