Hello!

I have just joined the forums. I have the MFP app. on my phone but I am liking full features a lot better.

I have just started my serious journey to get healthy. I have tried many, many times before, each time I was looking for a quick fix and an overnight miracle cure, but I have finally realized that to move all of this weight, I will have to put in the hard yards and do it the hard way.
I have just bought a treadmill and that is my only source of exercise at this point (Single mother with 2 small kids so it's kinda hard to get anywhere to exercise lol), but I am on it everyday, and will also be attempting the C25K.

I am not going to be 'dieting' as such, but I have cut down on what I eat, and how much I eat. I don't count calories and I weigh in once a week.
So far I have lost nearly 2kgs in the last week and a half.

I have about another 40kgs to go to get to my first goal, and I will reassess the situation from there.

I look forward to the support I am sure the members here will give me. :)
