You could look into fructose malabsorption. If I eat too much sugar or wheat in a day I end up way bloated/puffy at the the end of the day. Days that I keep my sugar and wheat intake low I have hardly any change at the end of the night. Heck, today my pants are looser now than they were this morning cuz I was coming off a serious sugar binge late Wednesday night and I'm just now getting back to normal. lol0
