I would say "food" but it didn't really apply.
It is possible to drink too much water.. don't believe me? Check out Scientific America.

I'm not saying to forgo a healthy amount of water, but I am saying you should be avoiding overkill by balancing intake with sugar-free electrolyte drinks.. or something with electrolytes and low sodium.

I also did research on it and unless you drink several gallons, you should be ok!0

Water toxicity is extremely hard for an adult to get and if you are eating a balanced diet your electrolytes should be fine.0
