Mushroom Omlete:

424 Calories : 40g Protein : 38g Carbs : 13g Fat : 1840 calorie diet

5 egg whites.
1 whole egg
1 oz 2% sharp cheddar
1 cup sliced mushrooms. Sauteed with Pam 0 cal. spray
3 tablespoons Pace Picante sauce
1 lite multigrain muffin "thomas"
1 cup decaf/regular coffee

    Yum. I love eggs! This morning I took a couple of hard boiled eggs and popped out the yolks, chopped up the whites. Then I added some fresh salsa and diced avocado with a dash of salt & drizzle of lime juice...under 200 calories...so good!

    My typical breakfast is:

    1 whole egg
    2 egg whites
    1/2 pkg of Buddig meat - chopped up
    2 tblsps Pace Picante Sauce
    sprinkle of cheese
    1/2 a serving of Thomas English Muffin - MultiGrain Light, no butter/jelly

    216 Cals; 16 carbs; 4 fat; 15 protein; 5 fiber
