Time for a change

Hi, Rachael here..just trying to be a healthy Wife of almost 20yrs and Mom to a college student, teen twin boys and a 4 y/o lil boy..38y/o Female..wanting to make sure I don't run into all the super bad medical issues my relatives have went through with bad dieting and no exercise.. and wanting to be able to have enough energy for our lil boy, as I did with our teen children when they were young.. Any advice is most welcoming! Thanks
