How to eat for maintenance w/o going over goals?

So for the first time in about 4 months i ate enough calories to maintain my body weight and not lose weight, which has been something ive been struggling to do lately.

The thing is, i went over my fat, sugar AND protein goals. I'm POSITIVE i ate only the most healthy foods, and i know all of the extra grams of fat sugar and protein came from good sources, but i only JUST got enough calories from all of the food i ate.

What is the miracle food that i'm missing out on in my diet that i should be eating to give me the calories i need without the excess in all of those goals?

Is 1,042 calories enough? I thought women were supposed to eat at least 1200? Oatmeal?

Sorry about that. We must live in different time zones, or continents. Congratulations on meeting your goal!

By the way, I dont think you did as bad as you might think you did. All this stuff takes practice and patience. You did fine.

It's just that I have no idea what I would change in my diet to be on the fat protein and sugar goals without being under my calorie goal
