    I have 400 done...I'm thinking about doing 5 - 600 so I can motivate y'all.

    wow y'all have done great... now i feel bad cause i'm trying to motivate to do them... my muscles are screaming at me... and my massage therapist talked to them this morning so now they're just not feeling it... but i know tomorrow is stretch and if y'all can do twice as many... surely i can do the required amount... sigh lol

    I'm in. My max at one time has been 50 (just a couple of days ago) so it will be a challenge to see how far I can get.

    I did my 200 in the pool... kept my arms moving in the water for the resistance.. then I leisurely swam for 90 minutes but only logged 60... don't want to be counting too many burned calories. :-)

    I have a hurt knee, but I did manage 110. I think I have to stop there before I hurt hurt it too much. At least I pulled out a little over half! :)

    Got it done!! Did 50 earlier in the day, then forgot about the rest til an hour ago. Wasn't expecting to be so busy around the house today. lol. Just got the other 150 done. WOOHOO!!!

    I did more than half during my 30DS workout. I think I had 80 leftover that I did afterwords... Felt pretty fantastic!!!
