4 days in Covent Garden

I am heading off to a 4 day conference, breakfasts and lunches are provided, and I am a little worried about not being able to track my calories properly. The conference begins at 8 am and goes through til 7pm, so there isn't going to be a great deal of time to get in much more than a brisk walk.
My plan at the moment is to eat a good breakfast, see what is on offer at lunch, and then just keep it low in the evening. I'm in Covent Garden, so Marks and Spencers are good for low calorie salads, and wraps. Although I would love to hit Carluccios !
I'd welcome any hints or tips to help me stay on track.

as you will be in covent garden, are you getting the tube? if so, when you get there DONT TAKE THE LIFT! walk up them stairs! I think there maybe like 200 (just checked 193) steps! WALK UP THEM! and thats a good work out right there! also maybe cycle to the train station in the morning? Also I read that people who stand for around 2 hours a day can burn up to 300 calories from standing, fidgeting etc0
