Your thoughts determine your feelings, and your feelings inspire your actions (or inactions). If you think negatively on a regular basis, you feel awful (sad, depressed, angry, fustrated, or confused), and as a result you don't take productive actions to make your life more fulfilling. Think positive, and keep pressing forward.

Tell that little negative voice in your head to bugger off! Change it for something positive. Repeat 3 positive things about yourself when negative thoughts start creeping in.
