Can anyone advise me on how I can log a 1hr bodypump class? I have no idea of what kind of reps/activities I did, I just know I did it!! ![:) :)](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)

You can log it under strength training, but you wont be able to log any calories burned. I use a HRM and record BP under cardio and record my calories burned0
-
I log it as "Aerobics general" as it burns about 350 cals an hour for me.0

I wear my heart rate monitor and log as cardio instead of strength training.0

If it is high rep and your HR is up most of the time and it is going from high to low put it under circuit training general0
