Do any of you follow Carrots 'N' Cake? It's one of my favorite blogs. This week, I am a guest blogger for microwaving. I hope to do more microwave articles, as I got plenty of hard-won college-sharpened microwave skillz.

Anyway, the post features tips for microwaving bread and a few healthy breakfast recipes.
