net calories burned

Hi all,
If i work out for an hour and my HRM says i burned 350, do i have to subtract the 50 i would have burned had i stayed in bed? ie. do i put in 350 or 300?

no, just put 3500

I do. There are mixed theories on the subject.
I always deduct that number.
