Hello from Milwaukee,WI! My Name is Gary and I've been on this site for a week so far. I've found that it DOES HELP tracking what I eat and when. It also helps motivate me when I enter how much exercise I am getting. The only goal I have is to lead a healthier life. So far so good. Have a Great weekend all, and GO BREWERS!!!!!

    Milwaukeeeeeeeee I love going there for concerts!!! lol I'm from Michigan though so it takes awhile to get there!
