has anyone used the x box for keeping fit if so which games have u used i was thinking of getting zumba ?

    My friends have Dance Central for the Xbox Kinect. It's an intense workout. I heard that the testers for that game lost ridiculous amounts of weight while working on the game.

    I have Zumba for xbox Kinect....and I really like it! I haven't done it in awhile, but its a lot of fun! And for someone like myself, who is always looking for more intensity in her workouts, this was actually pretty good, for those days when I don't feel like doing Insanity or my HIIT (Turbo Fire) workouts.

    Zumba on the Xbox is really good! I am gonna start doing it again! It really works you out and makes you SWEAT but afterwards, you feel really energetic. :smile: xx
