I''m new here, but certainly not new to dieting. I am succeeding though, so far. I joined here for moral support, recommended by a friend from home - which is Key West. (was, anyway - I'm displaced now and hating it).
My basic diet plan is high fiber, low sat fat, 1200-1300 cals, no white stuff (rice is vice!) and a well balanced appproach. I'm walking 45 minutes a day, 5 days a week. That's it in a nutshell. What are you doing?
