need advice on muscle building suppliments pl ease

I have just bought max strength amino- pro amino muscle fuel. I asked in the shop if this was what i needed to help gain/define muscles and he said yes but didnt sound very sure. it says take 2-3 tablets with each meal and after working out but im not sure i wan2 take that many tablets in a day if i took 1 per meal n i after workout would they still work? i have never taken any kind of suppliment before but i have been thinking about it n there was a really good deal on in holland and barret so i got them, thanx 4 ur help.x :bigsmile:

    You can pretty much get the same results by just getting your protein intake to around 130g per day

    Your body breaks down protein into amino acids, which fuel your muscles. I hate taking those huge pills. It would be easier and to just throw a scoop of whey protein into a glass of milk or make a protein shake and drink it, for me. If they have "Myofusion" protein by Gaspari Nutrition at the store, try getting that instead. Amino acids are for people who are already in to working out and building muscle and need some extra amino acids. Those same people use protein powers. Whey Protein powder is what you need. Another basic protein powder is "ON'S 100% Whey"
