What part of your body you want to get into shape the most. . . and what kinds of things are you doing to achieve it???

    I am aiming to have a nice stomach with no muffin top, and nice toned arms.
    I am currentlt doing 30 day shred and I do 4 sessions of cardio at the gym a week and me and my boyfriend go together to swim and run the other 3 days.

    I take maxitone capsuals and am currently thinking about using their protien shakes.

    Awesome. . I have the s 30DS too. .. I need to use that one more. . I was really sore after using it last time. . .

    Awesome. . I have the s 30DS too. .. I need to use that one more. . I was really sore after using it last time. . .

    Yea I get really sore but I just push through it, other wise I would never exercise. I either have a sore shoulder or a sore knee, old horse riding injuries that like to resurface.
